  • Surgical Sperm Retrieval by TESA / PESA:Testicular sperm aspiration techniques for harvesting sperms from the Testis (Testicular Sperm Aspiration) or the epididymis (Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration) in Men with Azzospermia.
  • DNA fragmentation tests: Helps detect sperms with high level of DNA fragmentation. Men with poor semen parameters are more likely to have high DNA fragmentation. High sperm DNA fragmentation is also found in men with normal semen parameters. DNA fragmentation interferes with embryo viability.
  • Retrograde Ejaculation Test: To detect if retrograde ejaculation (Sperms are ejaculated into the bladder) might be the cause of absence of sperms in the sample.
  • Sperm slow – Techniques that help sort out mature sperms form immature sperms having higher DNA fragmentation. Sperms Slow increases embryo quality and reduces early pregnancy loss.
  • Trail Wash: Is a semen processing technique that uses a Density Gradient to separate motile and good quality semen from the seminal fluid

  Basic Treatment Options:

  To help couples with male partner Infertility or in women with primary infertility.
  • IUI: Intrauterine Insemination increases the conception chances for woman with hormonal problems is IUI is done after ovarian stimulation. It is a recommended treatment option for achieving pregnancy in cases of Male subfertility, Male Sexual disorders, Women with Cervical factors that interfere with fertilization.
  • IUI with Donor Sperms is recommended for Male Infertility cases that have abnormal sperm defects to avoid passing the same to their offspring.

  • Basic IVF protocol

    • For women with tubes that are badly damaged and tubal surgery has less chance of success.
    • For men with low or abnormal sperm count, yet who are potentially capable of fertilizing an egg.
    • For certain women who have problems with the cervix perhaps ‘hostile’ mucus, IVF bypasses the cervix and its mucus.
    • For women who are not ovulating spontaneously, but who produce eggs on fertility drugs without conceiving. In this situation, the ability to force the ovary to produce many eggs and then select the best ones for fertilization and transfer means that IVF may be suitable option.
    • For some women with endometriosis or with very carefully investigated infertility which remains unexplained. We think that endometriosis is an excellent indication for IVF and have had particular success.
    • For couples who have several factors together which are causing infertility; commonly a combination of poor male fertility and tubal disease are the most usual indications.
    • Most recently, for certain couples who are at high risk of having genetically abnormal babies.

• Couples having problem conceiving or diagnosed with Primary Infertility:

• Advanced Treatment Options to help circumvent the complex problems that are preventing either or both the partners from conceiving naturally.
• IVF with ICSI: ICSI is needed when the sperm counts is low is sperm quality is poor. The embryologist assists in fertilization by inserting the best sperm into the egg under a microscope.
• Egg Donation: Is the best chance to conceive for women with very poor ovarian reserve, poor quality eggs. For women who have genetic defects, or have undergone chemotherapy, egg donation offers them a chance to complete their family.
• Frozen Embryo Donation (FED): If both the partners are infertile and cannot have a baby by IVF, The woman can still conceive by opting for a frozen embryo transfer of a donated embryo.
• Surrogacy: For couples with uterine conditions that prevent them from having a normal pregnancy, enlisting the service of a surrogate mother is the most preferred option.

Since every person is different, the treatment protocol will also differ based on the fertility parameters of both the partners. Our basic protocols are designed to be effective, affordable and more frequently used. This protocol may be further enhanced for some couples based on their respective fertility parameters. For example a women with good ovarian reserve can go for a Basic IVF protocol that is low on costs where as women with poor ovarian reserve would have to go for more expensive fertility drugs that could help get a better response to the treatment. We therefore offer basic protocols that are low on costs to Standard IVF protocols and higher efficiency protocols. The cost go up based on the type of drugs used and their dosage in each protocol.

• IVF with next cycle Transfer: Transferring embryo in the same cycle in which they were harvested from the women have shown to have lower success rate than transferring embryos in the next cycle. Results Transferring embryos in next cycle have shown to increase the IVF success rate from 40% to up to 60%.
• Embryo transfer with Embryo glue – A procedure that increases the Implantation success rate of embryos that are dipped in this special transfer medium.
• LAH: Laser Assisted hatching creates a crack in the outer shell of the embryo that might help the embryo expand, implant into the uterine wall, and finally lead to a pregnancy.
• PGD & PGS: PGD and PGS primarily help screen normal embryos for transfer and help couples who are carriers of genetic disorders. But they can also help couple with unknown fertility or who have history of failures and miscarriages to have a better chance of success. Abnormalities in Genetic composition of embryos can interfere with Implantation success. PGD/ PGS techniques ability to select normal embryos can help such couples.
