She was trained by Dr. James Catt, earlier Senior Embryologist of Sydney IVF, and Dr. Maria Poo from Spain for biopsy.
She excels in cryopreservation of gametes and embryos and embryo biopsy apart from extensive knowledge in the latest assisted reproductive techniques, has a special interest in quality assurance and quality management of the lab. Has conducted various workshops on IUI and lab management.

BSc graduate with a DMLT degree.
Area of Interest
Animesh is a senior embryologist, his technical expertise and inherent interest in urology and andrology led him to clinical embryology. He joined the laboratory team in 2007. He heads the operation of our Sperm bank, Cryobank, Kolkata (India’s only Sperm bank in eastern India accredited as per ICMR guidelines). Work experience in ART includes oocyte handling, denudation, IVF, TESA and Vitrification.
His interest in embryology has enabled him to advance steadily and rapidly to become a senior embryologist at Care IVF and to contribute to the solid foundation allowing the laboratory’s continued evolution in IVF.
