Doctor did not ask about the previous stories, not sure if he already went through the prescription that I sent before or not? Liked that he said not to lose hope. Also, he considered the hassle of the long journey & time to visit there physically so he himself suggested a 2nd Skype call.

The Skype appointment was the most convenient for us as we do not reside in Kolkata. The process in handling the appointment was made effortless due to Jaya. She is so efficient in her correspondence and makes everything so easy. My husband and I was swept off out feet with the support and caring approach received my Dr. Rajeev. He took us through our doubts and ensured confidence in us. I was scheduled for a Laparoscopic for removal of fibroids and was extremely scared. Finally, we decided to go through the procedure and finding the results of achievement was countless. Dr. Rajeev took me through the operation video and explained the details with so much joy and confidence for the future process. I still need to go through my IVF cycle and the doctors that I have come in contact with and the team tend to give you all the support they can, and Dr. Rajeev treats your case with so much passion and make you believe and hope again for having a family of your own. I liked the fact that all my queries were answered and the Doctor gave us enough time to explain us all the little details regarding the IVF procedure. The reason I have given a 4/5 for my experience is because the waiting time was almost more than an hour.
